Rosemary Mair back as New Zealand name experienced squad for T20 World Cup

Squad includes seven players aged 30 or over

New Zealand have named an experienced squad for the T20 World Cup, with Rosemary Mair returning to the side after a two-year absence.

The 31-year-old all-rounder has been in impressive form for Canterbury this season, and her recall is a boost to the White Ferns' hopes of retaining their title.

Mair is one of seven players aged 30 or over in the squad, which also includes captain Sophie Devine, Suzie Bates, Amy Satterthwaite, Lea Tahuhu, Hayley Jensen and Katey Martin.

The experience of these players will be crucial in the T20 World Cup, which will be played in South Africa from February 10 to 26.
